RESET 30 is supplied as downloadable PDF documents. No physical product is sent, and there is no subscription to cancel.

When a refund may be appropriate

If you were charged more than once for the same order, cannot access the files after a successful payment, receive damaged files, or receive content materially different from the description, keep your receipt and request assistance or a refund using the contact or dispute process provided with your payment confirmation.

Withdrawal rights

Consumer withdrawal rights depend on the applicable law and the conditions under which digital content is supplied. In certain countries, the statutory withdrawal right may be lost after digital delivery starts only when legally required express consent, acknowledgment and confirmation have been obtained. Nothing on this page excludes mandatory consumer rights.

Refund processing

Approved refunds, when available or required by law, are normally made through the original payment service and payment method. The time funds take to arrive depends on the payment provider and bank.

Payment disputes

You may use the dispute process offered by the payment service or your card provider. Nothing in this policy limits lawful dispute or consumer-protection rights.
